Entry:	I was at the 'strategy gets art' show in 1970, with my friend Aiistair Park, (who I think was at college in your days) spent a day there, shook hands with Beuys. Sat through his remarkable performance when he gathered pieces of jelly from the walls of the studio. A very memorable day. I still have the large catalogue here in Spain.

Geoff,
I was also at the Beuys performance in 1970. I chanced on it, not knowing who he was, and was transfixed. I have been nurturing my memories of the event ever since (and probably embellishing them...I thought he had a ladder and was putting bits of sticky tape on the walls). There was a retrospective of the Edinburgh show at the Bilbao Guggenheim in 2007, another lucky coincidence for me.
